The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was incredible. A young couple, Elena and Pierpaolo, gave us a lot of suggestions and they helped us to solve our doubts. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the city.

Internet signal it wasn't too much strong but enough to use it.

The location was great and the staff was awesome. They treated us like family and we really loved staying there. It is not obvious as a hotel, which we liked because felt more secluded in the middle of a city like Napoli. We only live 2 hours away and will definitely be back!

Do yourself a favor and do a street-level view of the location so you know where to look! We got a little lost, but not a big deal.

After hours of searching online for an overnight stay in Napoli, I came across IBED. Very Comfortable, quiet, great location, large room and great value. Paolo was very nice and professional. I'm happy to have found this place, because now I know where to stay the next time passing through Napoli.

Rooms were fantastic, boutique hotel style for a fraction of the cost. Crisp, fresh beds, charming, helpful staff - a warm friendly sanctuary in the centre of Naples. What a great place. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely large room, friendly and helpful hosts and very good value for money. Well placed for seeing the city of Naples

1. The staff are very helpful and make you feel at home. It is not a large hotel (it is more properly a B&B), and guests are received by the managers who live in one of the rooms in the same house. They take the guests to their rooms and show them around the facilities upon arrival. Guests are given their own keys to the front door. 2. By proximity to several police and military offices the hotel should be very safe: especially for solo travelers (women), this is important. 3. Central location, with the university and popular Via Toledo (for shopping) at walking distance. The central station (at Piazza Garibaldi) can also be reached by a brisk 30 minute walk along Corso Umberto I, which is also served by buses. Alternatively, the new subway station at Toledo should connect easily to several locations, including Piazza Garibaldi (personally I did not try it, but I saw the subway while walking to Via Toledo from the hotel). 4. Very important for me is always the cleanness of the hotels in which I stay: I give 10/10 to this. 5. Free wifi. 6. The rooms are all newly refurbished and modern minimalist in decor: very elegant and airy. 7. In the room where I stayed the bed was very comfortable. Mattress not too soft, not too hard. Perfectly positioned to watch the TV in total relax (at least in the room where I stayed). 8. Great sparkling new shower and bathroom. 9. Brand new and perfectly functioning hair-dryer.

There was nothing I did not like, but some suggestions for improvement of an already very positive experience: 1. No lift or ramps. I cannot imagine people with disabilities could stay at this hotel presently. 2. It would be useful to instal safes in the rooms. While the hotel per se is,I believe, safe (due to proximity to police, etc...), when going around visiting the city it may be advisable to leave documents and various items in the rooms rather than carrying them around all the time. However, without a safe in the room, I felt less confident to leave everything there, basically (although I did, and nothing happened). 3. A box of tissues in the bathroom or in the room would be useful. 4. Great bathroom, but the one in the room where I stayed might be small for people of larger size than the average Italian. It is possible other rooms have larger facilities. 5. This is possibly not something that the manager can do anything about, but the location of the hotel may be difficult to find. The front entrance is a tiny door in between two shopfronts, and could be missed (even my Neapolitan colleagues had not realized there was a hotel there). Perhaps information on the web-site could include a picture of the front-entrance, or of the street, which is actually a "calata", accessible via steps parallel to the main street, which is Via Medina, so people would know what to look for. 6. This is not a negative, but something guests should be aware of: it is important to let the management know the exact time of arrival, because there is no formal reception, and one must ring the bell outside upon arrival, so management must be advised when to be on the premises to receive the guests.

I proprietari molto cortesi e attenti, la pulizia accurata, la stanza ampia e ben arredata, la colazione buona e abbondante, wi-fi gratuita e funzionante. Complimenti!!

Nessuna critica, solo un suggerimento per rendere questo posto ancora più speciale e diverso dai soliti B&B: un prodotto gluten free per la colazione per chi come me purtroppo non può gustarsi la meraviglia dei dolci napoletani!

I cuscini non erano proprio confortevoli. Consiglio di mettere nei bagni a disposizione dei clienti cuffie per capelli usa e getta in quanto le docce sono fisse con erogatore a pioggia

Tolles, geräumiges, wunderschönes Zimmer,was man von außen wegen der schäbigen Fassade nicht vermutet hätte. Absolut zentrale Lage zu Galleria Umberto I und Hafen. Aufgrund der schallisolierten Fenster absolut ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Italienisches Frühstück, d.h. nur Brioche, Marmelade und Cappuccino, keine Wurst oder Schinken. Schwierig zu finden, wird aber über e-mail Plan zugesandt. Nichts für Anrteisende mit dem Auto.

Sehr guter Service. Paolo liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Tolles Paar, tolles B&B, super Lage, rundum perfekt!

Location super safe (opposite the main police station) and only 200 metres to the historical district/bus station/metro, the most friendly and helpful hosts we have ever met, super clean, good beds, big room, good price, typical Italian breakfast; Our tip: the pizza in the restaurant "Solopizza" across the street is very good - even it looks like a tourist trap and you don't expect to get good pizza there! If we ever come to Napels again we will come back to your B&B - thank you Elena & Paolo - you are wonderful people!!!
